BOOM BOOSTER, INC., a parent organized booster club, operates solely to support Georgia’s #1 Family Oriented Volleyball Club - The Atlanta Boom Volleyball Training Institute ("AVC"), located in SW Atlanta. Atlanta BOOM BOOSTER, INC. is committed to athletes and families alike in the pursuit of academic achievement, excellence in volleyball, and the highest possible measure of instruction within the sport.

COMMITTEES
Program will be responsible for:

Fully developing programs to benefit the athletes, parent, and members.

Providing program budget to Treasurer for consideration by the Executive Board.

Providing regular updates to administration committee for publication to the Club.

Recruiting volunteers to ensure that all efforts are fully staffed.

Fundraising will be responsible for:

Generating donations and sponsorships on behalf of the Booster Club

Conducting fundraising activities to benefit the Booster Club

Recruiting volunteers to ensure that all efforts are fully staffed
Administration will be responsible for:

Sending and approving all correspondence that goes out on Boom Booster letterhead.

Initiating regular e-mails to the Club regarding Booster events/activities/announcements.

Creating all print advertisements and notices to be posted in the Club announcements.

Recruiting volunteers to ensure that all efforts are fully staffed.
Webmasters will be responsible for:

Managing the website and online store of the Booster Club

Updating information as is necessary or requested.
-
Developing, managing and monitoring social media accounts of the Booster Club.

Troubleshooting any technical issues with the online presence of the Booster Club.

Concession will run a concession stand in the kitchen area of Atlanta Boom during tournaments held at the facility. The Concession Committee will coordinate all aspects of the Booster concession stand including:

Purchasing items to be sold at the concession stand.

Scheduling volunteers to work the stand. Three to four workers per shift are optimal but there should be a minimum of two workers. During tournaments there may be a need for additional volunteers. Volunteers are not allowed to have their children behind the concession tables.

Having at least one person working the first shift who is familiar with the set up procedure and one person working the last shift who knows how to break down the stand and will be responsible for the cash box.

Having the cash box read with the startup money and at the stand by the beginning of the first shift.

Delivering all proceeds and bills to the Boom Booster Club Treasurer.

Recording volunteer's names and the dates and times worked.
-
Reporting on the concession stand at Booster Club meetings.

Recruiting volunteers to ensure that all efforts are fully staffed
